Authentic Self-Expression, Language and Communication

Located in the throat and connected with the jaw, mouth and ears, the 5th Center serves to channel wisdom from the lower Self-Discovery Centers to meld with awareness in the higher Centers to promote full self-expression.

This Chapter focuses on the power of words - both ones used internally in self-talk (think inner critic ) and ones used eternally to communicate with others. Simple strategies give you ways to experiment with different languaging approaches that lead to more rewarding interactions.
