Lying between the eyebrows, this Discovery Center is the seat of intuitive wisdom, truth and insight; it’s the dwelling place of the Inner Teacher that’s within each of us. Whereas the eyes literally allow us to see the outer world, figuratively the Inner Eye helps us assess our inner world more clearly.

Three key ideas related to this Center include being able to separate reality from fantasy, discerning fact from fiction and understanding the influence of past impressions on current perceptions.

Techniques in this Chapter help readers identify mental filters that prevent them from being PRESENT to what’s happening NOW and how to remain grounded in the moment-to-moment and breath-to-breath awareness of life.
